Prior to joining Andrew M. Hochberg, P.C., Joseph worked as a prosecutor at the Berkshire District Attorney's Office.

Joseph Zlatnik was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and raised in New York City after immigrating to the United States as a child. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. Zlatnik worked as a paralegal at the New York District Attorney's Office and Kirkland & Ellis, LLP prior to matriculating at Boston University School of Law.
While attending BU Law, Zlatnik interned at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, while also serving as an editor of the Review of Banking & Financial Law, and representing indigent clients as a student defense attorney with the BU Law Criminal Litigation Clinic.
After his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2011, Zlatnik served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Berkshire District Attorney's Office through December 2012. Most recently, Zlatnik worked as an associate at Kachroo Legal Services, P.C., a securities litigation firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
In 2014, Zlatnik permanently relocated to Berkshire County to join the law offices of Hochberg, P.C., a diverse general practice that has served the people and businesses of Berkshire County for over twenty four years. Attorney Zlatnik's practice focuses primarily on criminal representation and general litigation.
