Joshua Hochberg joined Hochberg Law Offices, P.C. in 2016 providing representation in criminal law and civil matters. Joshua obtained his Juris Doctor from Hofstra School of Law. Prior to joining Hochberg Law Offices, P.C., Joshua worked as a public defender handling misdemeanors and felonies in District Court and Berkshire County Superior Court.
Joshua C. Hochberg, Esq. graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2006 and then received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra School of Law in May of 2010. During law school, he was awarded the Kessler Trial Advocacy Scholarship from Hofstra School of Law and the Frank H. Wright Scholarship by the Berkshire Bar Association.
In 2010, he joined the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division. For three years Mr. Hochberg served as a public defender in District Court handling misdemeanors and felonies and then took on a Superior Court position handling felonies in the Berkshire County Superior Court, where he has practiced for two more years. As a Partner at Hochberg Law he continues to aggressively represent clients in both criminal and civil litigation.
Mr. Hochberg’s years of courtroom experience are his greatest asset to the firm and our clients. Attorney Hochberg’s civil practice includes representation of landlords and tenants in eviction and housing matters, business negotiations, personal injury and, wills trusts and estates. Mr. Hochberg is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and the our local Federal District Court.
